These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ASMR Organizer Master mobile game and the website at yushangad.com, operated by OceanView ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Scope of Services

ASMR Organizer Master is a mobile puzzle game that provides organizing and spatial arrangement scenarios. The website at yushangad.com provides information about the game, articles about organizing and relaxation, and a contact form. The base game is free to download and play. Optional content packs are available for purchase through app store platforms.

User Conduct

When using our services, you agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the game software
• Use automated tools to access the website or game
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Submit false or misleading information through our contact form
• Use the services for any unlawful purpose

Intellectual Property

All content in the game and on the website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software — is the property of OceanView or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or perform any of our content without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use of the game as intended.

Optional Content Packs

Additional content packs are available through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. All transactions are processed by the respective platform and are subject to that platform's refund policies. We do not process payments directly and do not issue refunds outside of the platform's standard refund mechanisms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OceanView shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or fifty US dollars ($50), whichever is greater.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. For detailed disclaimers, please see our Disclaimer.

Changes to Services and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our services (or any part thereof) at any time without notice. We may also revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in San Diego County, California.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full effect.
